Gary Young reccomends:
1. Drink the Slique Tea 10 to 15 minutes prior to each meal. This will result in eating 15 - 30% less food per meal.

weight. Good fats include: coconut oil, avocados, walnut, flaxseed, chia
seed and Omega-3 (Omega Blue).
Low fat diets contribute to obesity. High carbohydrate diets cause weight gain.
