Essential Oils You Need In Your First Aid Kit

What are essential oils?

*Aromatic liquids of plants, trees, leaves, fruit and flowers.
*Natural Oils that have nutritional  and therapeutic properties.
(Note: The oils MUST be THERAPEUTIC GRADE. Food grade oils are meant for flavor and/or fragrance and do NOT contain therapeutic properties. My personal preference are Young Living Oils.)

Essential Oils Have the Ability to:

*Prevent and relieve the discomforts associated with a wide variety of health concerns.
*Reduce stress.
*Lift depression and restore or enhance a sense of well being.
